A leather mask with a plug. That's interesting. I'll start by putting the guy on his knees and stretching him in chains by his arms. A stiff collar that squeezes his neck hard will get the guy feel great. There's also a ring and a piece of chain attached to his genitals that won't let the guy get loose. It's a difficult pose to get a guy to be as obedient as possible.
