xPorn.gay is an index/aggregator that embeds and links to third-party content. We do not host video files. If you are a copyright owner (or authorized agent) and believe content listed on the Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice as described below.
1) What to Include
Your notice must include all of the following:
- Your full name (or company) and your role (copyright owner / authorized agent).
- Your contact information: email address and (optionally) phone number.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (title + link if available).
- Direct URLs on xPorn.gay where the allegedly infringing content appears (one per line).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable in an email notice).
2) Where to Send
Send your DMCA notice by email to:

3) Processing
- We will review valid requests and remove or disable access to the reported URLs within a reasonable timeframe.
- We may request additional information to verify your claim.
- We may forward your notice to the relevant third-party provider for action on their side.
4) Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice should include: your identification, the removed URLs, a statement under penalty of perjury, and consent to jurisdiction as required by the DMCA.
5) Abusive Requests
Misrepresentations may result in liability for damages under applicable law. Please ensure your notice is accurate.
