Javier should know better than to screw up Matt's Halloween plans. He's refusing to wear the costume they agreed on, now he needs to be punished. Thankfully Matt has his buddy CDubs on hand to help out. They're soon tormenting the restrained Javier, tickling him, focusing on his lovely big feet and using all their tools and toys to make him giggle like crazy and writhe around!
